LES MISÉRABLES THE ARENA SPECTACULAR

Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Boublil and Schönberg’s LES MISÉRABLES THE ARENA SPECTACULAR has commenced its World Tour and will arrive in Australia April 2025 with strictly limited performances in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As the beloved musical phenomenon enters its 40th revolutionary year, this spectacular production will feature an extraordinary new design specifically created for larger venues with a cast and orchestra of over 65.

Seen by over 130 million people worldwide in 53 countries and in 22 languages, Les Misérables is undisputedly one of the world’s most popular musicals. The Australian production will feature Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Michael Ball and Bradley Jaden sharing the role of Javert, while Alfie Boe and Killian Donnelly will share the role of Jean Valjean. Joining this star-studded cast are Rachelle Ann Goh, Marina Prior, and Matt Lucas, with more casting to be announced soon.

Victor Hugo’s classic tale is an enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption – a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. With a magnificent score of iconic songs including “I Dreamed a Dream”, “On My Own”, “Bring Him Home”, “One Day More” and more, this epic and uplifting story is undisputedly one of the world’s favourite musicals.
